We've got cars, campervans and motorhomes across New Zealand and Australia and we are on the lookout for an awesome Customer Service Consultant to join our team at Travvia Group Headquarters and assist our customers as they travel around NZ & AU.
You’ll be someone who loves to help people. You'll need a sense of adventure, patience and fantastic problem-solving skills, and if you have some basic car knowledge and an extra friendly and confident personality, read on!
The customer service consultants' primary focus is on delivering a professional customer service experience. Helping to assist Travvia customers each day you’ll be finding solutions for our customers while they are on the road while efficiently managing the scheduling and coordination of vehicle repair, maintenance, procurement, and fleet service activities. Your dedication to delivering exceptional service is crucial for maintaining the high quality of our offerings.
As part of this role, the customer service consultant will process inbound sales opportunities from various channels, such as walk-ins, phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media, to process inbound sales opportunities for all Travvia Group products. Ensuring a high conversion rate of potential customers into confirmed bookings.
This is a permanent full-time position in which you would work across a rotating roster. Shifts are between 7 am and 9 pm, including weekends and public holidays.
What you need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer services role
- To be a conversationalist, and to enjoy chatting to customers via phone and email and helping them on their journey – it’s all inbound support.
- Have fantastic problem-solving and negotiation skills, resourceful and think outside the box
- Have exceptional customer service skills, including perfect written and spoken English. Additional languages are advantageous
- Be passionate about the tourism industry and ideally have knowledge of travelling – especially vehicles, and ideally have a driver’s license to know how a car works
- Be great at multi-tasking with an awesome attitude
- Be available to work a rotating roster including weekends
