We’ve got cars, campervans, and motorhomes across New Zealand and Australia, and we’re on the lookout for a seriously talented individual to join our Contact Centre as a Customer Service Team Leader. Travvia is the home of our brands JUCY and Star RV.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team at Travvia Headquarters, to lead, coach and mentor a team of customer service consultants who specialise in helping our customers.  This role involves overseeing the operational management and increasing efficiencies across the team and wider business.

To be an effective Team Leader, you must be solutions-focused with a sense of adventure, patience and fantastic problem-solving skills. No two days will be the same for you, but with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong customer focus you will have the keys to success.

What you need to have:

• 3+ years experience in a contact centre 
• Prior experience in a Team Leader position or managing a successful team
• Good analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Conflict resolution skills
• Basic Excel skills
• Good geographical knowledge of NZ and AU
• Basic knowledge of Motor Vehicles
• Fleet operations experience preferred
• A clean Drivers license
