Now, we're looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our HQ team and be part of the journey — literally.
What’s the gig?
Think of this role as your backstage pass to travel AU & NZ. You’ll be the go-to support for customers already out on the road — helping them with everything from booking adjustments to vehicle support and general questions regarding their trip. You will also process inbound sales opportunities from various channels - phone calls, emails, and social media, for all Travvia Group products ensuring a high conversion rate of potential customers into confirmed bookings.
This is a permanent full-time position in which you will work across a 7 day rotating roster. Shifts are between 6 am and 10pm, across 7 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
You'll:
- Be a customer’s lifeline while they’re exploring the open road.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service schedules.
- Jump into phone calls, emails, and DMs to keep customers moving.
- Turn curious travellers into excited customers by responding to inbound sales queries.
- Make a real difference to someone’s holiday, every day.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (hospitality, travel, or tourism is a big plus).
- A natural communicator – you love a good chat and know how to listen.
- A cool head when solving problems, especially when things don’t go to plan.
- Fluent English – written and spoken. Bonus points for additional languages!
- A passion for travel, and a basic knowledge of cars or campervans helps too.
- A full driver’s license and confidence behind the wheel, which will help when supporting customers with their vehicles.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster (between 6am and 10pm, including weekends and public holidays).
